Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant or private club setting
- preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
- completion of all relevant food and beverage online training modules
- strong confidentiality handling skills
- proficiency in computer and spreadsheet software
- effective communication and leadership skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift 100 lbs occasionally
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- effective verbal and visual communication capabilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- supervise service staff to ensure consistent high-quality service
- monitor reservation book and oversee room setups
- complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- assist in training and development of service staff
- participate and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- maintain knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- record necessary information for shift transition
- communicate updates to team members and supervisors
- assist others and take on additional tasks as assigned
- follow company and club policies
- promote safe working practices
- support professional growth and maintain certifications
- address challenges using available resources
- collaborate to support club goals
