- Previous experience in a management position

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Providing overall leadership in the restaurant
- Performing human resources functions such as performance management, scheduling, applying company policies, recruitment and selection, discipline, coaching and training team members, and conducting performance appraisals
- Maintaining all financials including inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, controlling cost of sales and cost of labor
- Attaining financial targets
- Executing local marketing campaigns and implementing new promotions
- Making daily bank deposits
- Managing cash issues including cash shortages
- Ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Maintaining awareness of competitor promotions, trends and market growth
- Ensuring the restaurant team maintains the highest level of customer service
- Handling customer issues effectively
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with Pizza Hut standards
- Ordering products and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
- Assisting the District Manager in market-related tasks
