Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- at least two years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- compliant with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods without rest
- capability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willingness to follow updated safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance

- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success on the job and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while fostering a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with duties as needed
- support building store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food standards and cleanliness
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports, and scheduling
- control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform other duties as assigned
