Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant or private club setting
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
  • Proficient in computer software relevant to the role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant or private club setting
  • Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, CPR
  • Completion of all food and beverage training modules
  • Strong experience handling confidential member and employee data
  • Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • Monitor reservation book to stay informed about shift functions and room setups
  • Oversee room setups to match reservations and event specifications
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
  • Assist in training and development of service staff
  • Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu and club beverage offerings
  • Record necessary information in logs for shift handover
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors about updates and special instructions
