Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant or private club setting
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
- Proficient in computer software relevant to the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant or private club setting
- Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, CPR
- Completion of all food and beverage training modules
- Strong experience handling confidential member and employee data
- Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
- Monitor reservation book to stay informed about shift functions and room setups
- Oversee room setups to match reservations and event specifications
- Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- Assist in training and development of service staff
- Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu and club beverage offerings
- Record necessary information in logs for shift handover
- Communicate with team members and supervisors about updates and special instructions
