Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years multi-unit management experience in QSR fast-casual or coffee concepts
- Proven experience managing P&L and operational budgets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently between store locations
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS and labor management software
- Ability to stand walk and move throughout stores for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR fast-casual or coffee concepts
- Strong operational financial and people leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing management teams
- Experience managing P&L labor and operational metrics
- Excellent communication coaching and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between locations
- Proficiency with POS systems labor management tools and Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Coffee or beverage-focused QSR experience preferred
- Experience supporting new store openings or remodels preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple QSR coffee locations ensuring adherence to brand standards policies and procedures
- Drive sales growth profitability and operational excellence across all assigned stores
- Analyze P&L statements labor reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Ensure food safety cleanliness equipment maintenance and compliance with all local state and federal regulations
- Lead coach and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve operational and performance goals
- Conduct regular store visits audits and performance reviews
- Support hiring onboarding training and succession planning for management roles
- Foster a positive inclusive and high-performance culture
- Ensure a consistent high-quality guest experience across all locations
- Address and resolve escalated guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Execute promotions product launches and company initiatives consistently across units
- Manage labor budgets scheduling efficiency and cost controls
- Monitor inventory ordering and waste to maximize profitability
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute action plans to meet financial targets
- Partner with HR on employee relations performance management and compliance matters
- Collaborate with Training Marketing and Operations teams to support business objectives
- Provide regular reporting and communication on store performance challenges and opportunities
