Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality role
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate teams

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume role
  • experience in fast casual restaurant and catering preferred but not required
  • strong organizational leadership skills

  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
  • demonstrated problem-solving and independent working skills

Job Duties

  • Leads through service and supports the team
  • maintains team and guest focus during shifts
  • partners with management to coach and train team members
  • ensures adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • manages catering events and coordinates services
  • oversees restaurant cleanliness and safety compliance
  • supports achievement of sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives
  • attends and contributes to team meetings
  • performs additional duties as assigned by general management
