Job Duties
- Hire train develop schedule and evaluate managers and hourly team members in his/her store
- Ensure that our restaurant is safe and professional and that our guests and employees are having fun
- Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members so that each shift runs smoothly
- Oversee and ensure all hourly team members' performance is meeting company expectations through constant follow-up and communication
- Respond to immediate store needs
- Execute all operations policies procedures and programs within the store and ensure they are followed by others to keep Sonny's a great place to work
- Report information to the General Manager through plans of action goals etc
