Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a busy, full-service restaurant
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of food safety, equipment safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Results-driven with excellent team-oriented leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure effective and smooth functioning
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong, skilled workforce
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and equipment standards to comply with regulations
