Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years upscale dining management experience
  • Knowledge of full bar operations including specialty cocktails
  • Proficient in California and Italian wine service
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in restaurant and hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Manage front of house operations to ensure excellent guest service
  • Oversee table service and upscale dining experiences
  • Coordinate and prepare specialty cocktails at the full bar
  • Utilize knowledge of California and Italian wines to enhance guest experience
  • Lead and motivate FOH staff with a positive leadership approach
  • Maintain high organizational standards and attention to food service details
  • Ensure flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends to meet restaurant needs
