Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the restaurant business
- minimum of 2 years leadership experience
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods
- physical ability to carry supplies up to 30 lbs
- tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
- ability to use restaurant technology systems such as POS and kitchen display
- proficient in handling cash and financial transactions
- strong listening and communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the restaurant business
- at least 2 years in a leadership role

- experience with cost control and profit and loss management

Job Duties
- Listen to and accommodate guests and employees
- build and maintain good employee rapport
- teach, coach, and guide team members
- utilize basic cost control and food cost control measures
- manage profit and loss and minimize waste
- use technology and operating systems such as Aloha, Kitchen Display Systems, and POS
- handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- support the General Manager
- assist in employee disciplinary actions
- see the big picture and assist the GM in decision making
- train team members
- ensure incoming staff complies with company policy
- supervise daily shift operations
- coordinate front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- ensure kitchen procedures meet food safety standards
- lead by example and uplift staff during busy moments
- communicate effectively with strong listening and interpersonal skills
- identify business priorities and set goals
