Job Duties
- Oversee front of house operations including dining room bar and guest services
- Lead coach and train service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily floor operations reservations and guest flow
- Ensure compliance with company standards health and safety regulations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism discretion and solutions-focused thinking
- Collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless service
- Assist with scheduling labor management and inventory as needed
