Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 year management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 year management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- A degree in hospitality management or similar is preferred
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong passion for hospitality and service
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Working knowledge of local and national health codes
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversight and execution of daily operations - leading each shift with open eyes and ears
- Responsible for Manager in Training (MIT), certified trainers, hourly hiring and training, injury reporting
- Support all operations systems including order guides, quality control, food safety and sanitation, budget adherence
- Handle all guest and team member complaints, comments, concerns swiftly and consistently
- Maintain a safe working environment for team members and dining environment for guests
- Ongoing professional development
- Ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time
- Work with various administrative programs
