  • Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team

Job Duties

  • Deliver a phenomenal guest experience
  • Lead and inspire team with a people-first mentality
  • Build a team focused on hospitality and culinary execution
  • Develop top talent to drive business forward including fostering career growth and cross training
  • Build sales, profitability, and guest counts
  • Manage P&L for the restaurant
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion controls, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances
  • Utilize excellent communication skills with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures
