Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, folding or unfolding
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
- strong communication abilities
- demonstrated leadership skills
- proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
- experience handling confidential material
- preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
- completion of food and beverage online training modules
Job Duties
- Maintain invited service standards at high levels
- provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
- monitor reservation book for shift functions, special notes, and room setups
- oversee room setups to match reservations and event specifications
- complete opening and closing procedures for meal shifts
