Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- capable of standing and walking for long periods
- able to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- able to use hands for handling and controlling objects
- ability to bend and stoop
- able to taste and smell
- capable of verbal communication
- vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register area
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a leadership role

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee's success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist team members with category job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety code compliance and enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports and schedules
- control food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance through labor scheduling tools
- all other duties as assigned
