Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
- Manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Hire, train, and develop hourly staff and supervisors
- Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth
