Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization and eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, Non-Gaming registration, Health Card, ServSafe certification, Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM)
- Minimum two years of experience in food and beverage leadership
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to physically access all areas of the property
- Maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to environmental factors including noise, dust, and cigarette smoke
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and overall restaurant quality
- Assist the General Manager in implementing financial objectives related to restaurant performance and pool deck service
- Ensure safety practices for employees and guests, maintaining emergency and safety procedures
- Conduct safety training and ensure certification compliance with state law
- Hire, train, and evaluate team members to meet departmental standards
- Maintain high standards in food and beverage presentation, sanitation, and pool safety
- Assign and evaluate work, recommend personnel actions based on performance
- Oversee team member engagement and guest service guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings and training
- Supervise and coach staff to maintain and exceed pool operation standards
- Delegate tasks and department assignments, meeting deadlines
- Focus on departmental goals using available resources effectively
- Promote preventative maintenance and security functions
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness compliance with Southern Nevada Health District requirements
- Develop staff skills to enhance department effectiveness
- Maintain consistent and regular attendance
- Perform related duties as assigned
