Job Requirements

- Experience in salaried management in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work no more than 50 hours per week with two days off
- Commitment to maintaining quality guest experiences
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards
