Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in salaried management in a full-service restaurant preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work no more than 50 hours per week with two days off
  • Commitment to maintaining quality guest experiences
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards
  • Stable job history

  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
