Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of two years restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guests' expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living core values and leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Managing cost of goods sold and labor effectively
  • Handling up to 100K daily sales volume while maintaining operational control
  • Maintaining a fun and safe work environment in a fast-paced, noisy setting
