Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership role experience required
- Minimum two years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Knowledge of state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Ability to stand entire shift and walk long periods
- Ability to lift, push, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands for handling tools and objects
- Ability to bend, stoop, taste, smell and verbally communicate
- Good vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Willingness to work varied shifts and weekends
- Commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum two years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Dedication to exceptional guest service
- Proficient computer skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Basic business math and accounting knowledge

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations according to company policies and legal standards
- Recruit, interview, and train employees while assigning and directing work
- Coach and mentor team to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Create a hospitable, professional atmosphere encouraging team excellence
- Assist with store sales through execution of marketing programs and suggestive selling
- Manage food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Control costs by managing recipes, portion control, inventory, and labor scheduling
