Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proven capability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Duties
- Lead mentor and develop a team of dedicated employees fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Provide exemplary customer service addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrate business and budget strategy skills including labor management and food cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal food handling and sanitation regulations
- Drive sales and meet operational goals by enhancing customer experience and increasing revenue
