Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proven capability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of dedicated employees fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Provide exemplary customer service addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Demonstrate business and budget strategy skills including labor management and food cost analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal food handling and sanitation regulations
