Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant staff to deliver superior guest service
  • ensure operational excellence and consistency in quality
  • conduct training and development sessions for team members
  • oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling and inventory management
  • handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • collaborate with senior management to meet business goals
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
