Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or related supervisory role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- willing to work up to 50 hours per week

- collaborate with General Manager to drive business performance
- maintain financial controls including budgeting and cost management
