Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or related supervisory role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • willing to work up to 50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve service and sales goals
  • manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • develop and implement training programs for staff
  • resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
  • collaborate with General Manager to drive business performance
  • maintain financial controls including budgeting and cost management
