- support the General Manager by providing coaching to team members

- oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with General Manager and District Manager
- drive sales and profitability
- manage staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
