Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high customer service standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in casual, high volume restaurants
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Hospitality degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality
- Supervise, coach, and train restaurant staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage restaurant budgets and financial performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow
- Implement company policies and procedures
