Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • strong business acumen with focus on driving revenue and profitability
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to relocate to Chattanooga, TN
  • ability to commute to Chattanooga, TN

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
  • strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures
  • interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service
  • lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability
  • maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW experience
  • monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
  • conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
