Job Requirements

  • Any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise F&B staff including training, selection, counseling and discipline
  • Ensure staff scheduling is adequate to provide superior service
  • Analyze reports and assist with forecasts and budgets
  • Ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage all office procedures
  • Coordinate daily department responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of menus
