Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year experience working at Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage diverse operational tasks simultaneously
  • Capacity to remain calm and effective during busy periods
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction
  • Maintain operational efficiency and compliance
  • Lead by example in providing country hospitality
  • Support team through busy and high-pressure shifts
