Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year experience working at Cracker Barrel preferred
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage diverse operational tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to remain calm and effective during busy periods
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance
- Lead by example in providing country hospitality
- Support team through busy and high-pressure shifts
