Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- kitchen leadership experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- eligibility to participate in 401(k) plan at age 21
- willingness to complete management training program

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams

- participate in management training and development programs
