Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must complete all required raising cane's company training programs
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • able to recognize problems, set goals, and convert plans into action
  • detail-oriented and able to manage multiple changing priorities
  • self-driven and highly energetic
  • able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • proficient with microsoft office
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience

  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • proficient in microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • flexible and self-driven with strong organizational ability

Job Duties

  • supports restaurant leader in day-to-day operations
  • upholds raising cane's standards and culture during shifts
  • acts as manager on duty and opens and closes restaurant
  • manages cash handling and ensures accountability
  • enforces company policies and standards
  • directs crewmembers during shifts
  • provides exemplary customer service
  • utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensures cleanliness and facility maintenance
  • completes other assigned duties
