Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must complete all required raising cane's company training programs
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- able to recognize problems, set goals, and convert plans into action
- detail-oriented and able to manage multiple changing priorities
- self-driven and highly energetic
- able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- proficient with microsoft office
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience

- proficient in microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- flexible and self-driven with strong organizational ability
Job Duties
- supports restaurant leader in day-to-day operations
- upholds raising cane's standards and culture during shifts
- acts as manager on duty and opens and closes restaurant
- manages cash handling and ensures accountability
- enforces company policies and standards
- directs crewmembers during shifts
- provides exemplary customer service
- utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensures cleanliness and facility maintenance
- completes other assigned duties
