Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- prior leadership experience required
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle objects, bend, stoop
- ability to taste, smell and verbally communicate
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant including sales floor, stock, and register areas
- compliance with state-mandated alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work

- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with category job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and security procedures, review financial reports and schedules
- control food costs by following recipes, portion control and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
