Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- ability to lead back of house and kitchen teams
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- availability to work a 45-hour work week
- commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
- willingness to participate in management training

Job Duties
- manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams
- support assistant manager roles and duties
- participate as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team

- oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality
- foster a positive work environment among the kitchen team
- assist in training and developing team members
