Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to lead back of house and kitchen teams
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • availability to work a 45-hour work week
  • commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
  • willingness to participate in management training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams
  • support assistant manager roles and duties
  • participate as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team
  • lead kitchen staff effectively to maintain high standards
  • oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality
  • foster a positive work environment among the kitchen team
  • assist in training and developing team members
