Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of prior restaurant management experience strong preferred
  • Ability to work a 45-hour management work week
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Pass background check and comply with E-Verify
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in kitchen leadership preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams
  • Lead and support assistant managers in daily operations
  • Ensure high quality food preparation and service standards
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Collaborate with front of house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Participate in management training programs and continuous development
