- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- high school diploma or GED
- experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem solving and decision making skills
- ability to manage customer interactions professionally
- flexible work availability
- willingness to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- ability to stand and move during most of the shift
- ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally
- capability to handle various weather conditions
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as register and grill
- adherence to brand standards and guidelines
