Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work extended hours including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences
  • Drive business results and meet performance goals
  • Support and develop team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
  • Collaborate with home office support for operational success
