Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to foster a positive team environment
- experience in managing service and culinary teams
- ability to handle operational responsibilities effectively
