The restaurant manager role is a critical leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day staff and operations across our establishment. This individual will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant function smoothly and in line with company standards, policies, and procedures. Job Requirements
- Three plus years experience in the restaurant industry
- Prior management experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
