Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Willingness to work in different LongHorn locations with variable pay
