Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with ordering and inventory
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • physical ability to perform restaurant duties

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience managing large teams
  • ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory control
