Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
  • Must have a passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented personality
  • Possession of a valid food manager certification
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Willingness to participate in the E-Verify program
  • Availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food manager certification
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Duties

  • Adopt a guest-first mentality

  • Develop a strict standard by maintaining the integrity of food and beverage quality and continuously train, develop, and mentor team members
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
  • Focus on driving sales
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
  • Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, standards, and quality standards
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
  • Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
