Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Set clear expectations and maintain open communication with team members

- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to operational standards
- Manage scheduling to balance team needs and business demands
