Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of prior leadership experience
- preferred experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant settings
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coach and mentor team members
- knowledge of food safety and OSHA regulations
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend and stoop
- ability to use hands and operate controls
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to manage multiple projects
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline staff
- address complaints and resolve problems

- assist with staff job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building and suggestive selling

- monitor food quality and cleanliness
