Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties

  • Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation

  • Motivate team to complete the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Comply with company procedures
  • Maximize productivity and profitability
  • Hire, train, and monitor the development of staff
  • Oversee daily operations and address any issues promptly
