Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of manager experience in restaurants
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties
- Manage the performance of multiple shift leaders and employees
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- manage the effectiveness of people focused processes and systems
- provide initial and ongoing training to all employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and 4 step training method
- reward and recognize employee performance that exceeds company standards
- manage daily operational checklists including line checks, uniform standards, opening and closing checklists, and safe and deposit logs
- ensure food safety standards comply with local health departments
- manage guest experience metrics such as NPS and OSAT
- exemplify guest service and communicate SIZZLE service standards
- manage onboarding and training for new employees
- support routine management communication
- follow COGS procedures for food ordering and inventory
- enforce company cash policies to minimize losses
- manage daily labor and build schedules based on forecasts and sales trends
- manage local store marketing programs as assigned
