  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

  • support the General Manager through team coaching and development
  • create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
  • identify 5 Star Talent and ensure effective scheduling by placing the right people in the right roles at the right times
  • manage daily operations and staff with support from the General Manager or District Manager
  • drive sales and profits through effective restaurant management
  • oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
  • ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • promote teamwork and complete all administrative tasks as required
