- at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- support the General Manager through team coaching and development
- create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- identify 5 Star Talent and ensure effective scheduling by placing the right people in the right roles at the right times
- manage daily operations and staff with support from the General Manager or District Manager
- drive sales and profits through effective restaurant management
- oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- promote teamwork and complete all administrative tasks as required
