Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2+ years of restaurant or kitchen management experience preferred
- Ability to work a 45-hour work week
- Willingness to participate in training programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Manage restaurant back of house/kitchen teams

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
