Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- availability to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest
- ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and reach with hands
- ability to communicate verbally
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and adjust focus
- physical ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- comply with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable

Job Duties
- supervise restaurant staff following company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- control daily operations including cash security, review financial reports and schedules
- control food costs by following recipes and inventory management
- manage labor costs using company labor scheduling tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
