Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Formal culinary training preferred
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

  • Manage compliance with safety, alcohol, and food handling regulations
  • Handle conflict resolution positively among team members and guests
  • Maintain communication across departments for seamless restaurant operations
