Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or 5 years in the service industry
- Bachelor degree in related field preferred
- Proven supervisory and management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of restaurant front and back of house operations
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Profound knowledge of restaurant operations including front and back of the house
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience in supervising and managing staff

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
- Manages and mentors staff including recruiting, hiring, and training employees
- Oversees HR, payroll, discipline, and termination processes
- Ensures ongoing training and education for staff
- Manages supplies and maintains orderly and clean work areas
- Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and company policies
- Provides timely and accurate reports
- Addresses customer concerns and issues
- Ensures stated goals are met
