Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or 5 years in the service industry
  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred
  • Proven supervisory and management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant front and back of house operations
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or minimum of 5 years working in service industry or a Bachelor degree in related fields
  • Profound knowledge of restaurant operations including front and back of the house
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in supervising and managing staff
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
  • Manages and mentors staff including recruiting, hiring, and training employees
  • Oversees HR, payroll, discipline, and termination processes
  • Ensures ongoing training and education for staff
  • Manages supplies and maintains orderly and clean work areas
  • Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and company policies
  • Provides timely and accurate reports
  • Addresses customer concerns and issues
  • Ensures stated goals are met
