Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to work a five-day workweek with approximately 50 hours scheduled per week
- Maximum of three closing shifts per week
- Ability to manage staff schedules one month in advance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work during the restaurant’s hours of operation, typically between 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. at some locations

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Competence in managing budgets and operational costs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and performance
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring consistent food and service quality
- Lead and train team members using the eight-week management training program
- Monitor restaurant financial performance and work towards achieving sales and profitability goals
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and corporate policies
- Develop and foster a positive team culture reflecting the company’s authentic community values
- Handle customer concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
