Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work a five-day workweek with approximately 50 hours scheduled per week
  • Maximum of three closing shifts per week
  • Ability to manage staff schedules one month in advance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Availability to work during the restaurant’s hours of operation, typically between 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. at some locations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Competence in managing budgets and operational costs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and performance
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring consistent food and service quality
  • Lead and train team members using the eight-week management training program
  • Monitor restaurant financial performance and work towards achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and corporate policies
  • Develop and foster a positive team culture reflecting the company’s authentic community values
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
